By answering you agree, you acknowledge and agree that participation in the Memorial Day Ruck March, Rita Race, Infinity Run, Bataan Death March Colorado, and the Colorado Challenge Series as a whole involves inherent risks, which may result in injury, illness, or damage to property. You fully understand and voluntarily accept all such risks associated with your participation. You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Veterans to Veterans (V2V), Mt. Carmel Veteran Service Center, The Special Forces Foundation, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the event whether caused by the negligence of the organization or otherwise. You affirm that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely participating. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veterans to Veterans (V2V), Mt. Carmel Veteran Service Center, and The Special Forces Foundation from any third-party claims arising from your participation.
